OAC Summer Camps are live!

These camps are designed for ages 8-12 to give them a sneak peak of the OAC and all we have to offer before they become eligible for our regular Teen Programming.

Space is limited, so sign up now to reserve your spot!

What makes Fashion Explorations so fun? You get to try everything!

Throughout the week, you’ll experiment with draping, weaving, mood boards, fashion illustration, pattern drafting, sewing (including using a serger), and adding your own embellishments.

You’ll build seam samples, explore your personal style, and get a feel for what it’s like to actually design and create your own pieces.

We also dive into the bigger picture including college paths, creative careers, and what it really looks like to work in fashion and design.

No sewing experience necessary. Come ready to learn, create, and have fun.

Build your own world, then bring it to life!

In this playful, imagination-filled camp, students explore storytelling through both writing and art. Through games, prompts, and hands-on projects, they’ll create characters, invent new worlds, and tell stories through short fiction, comics, and illustrations.

By the end of the week, each student will be a published author, contributing to a printed anthology they get to take home.

Welcome to the OAC Art Lab where your ideas come to life!

Paint, sculpt, draw, and experiment your way through a week of hands-on creativity using clay, paint, oil pastels, and more. Each day, we’ll explore a new material or style, learn a few artist tricks, and then give you the freedom to follow your own imagination. This is a space to get a little messy, try new things, and make art that’s uniquely yours.

By the end of the week, you’ll have a collection of original pieces to showcase in our class gallery and take home to share.

In this playful, high-energy class, we’ll bring stories to life!

Using short stories, book excerpts, and poetry, we’ll explore reading through acting, movement, and creative expression. We’ll use our voices, bodies, and imaginations to step inside the stories and make them our own.

Students will work together, try out fun performance activities, and build confidence in a supportive, low-pressure environment. Along the way, they’ll create their own original stories and even get the chance to perform them!

No theater experience needed, just a willingness to be creative, take a few brave chances, and have fun.
