The teen space will include a 2250 square foot art center with a classroom, lounge and stage area, two ADA bathrooms plus an additional 1500 square foot dance, music and performance space.

The adult space will include a 2,700 square foot warehouse that will have 16 artist studios, a lounge area with a kitchenette, an ADA bathroom, communal work tables and a 1,500 square foot flex classroom with additional storage and lockers for rent.
