Come See Me In The Good Light Film Screening and Discusstion

  • The Open Arts Center 999 Northeast 2nd Street Bend, OR, 97701 United States (map)

Come See Me In The Good Light: a touching, poetic exploration of life, love, and grief. Stay for a reflective community chat afterwards.

Join us for an evening screening of Come See Me In The Good Light, a film that follows two poet lovers, Andrea Gibson and Megan Falley, facing an incurable diagnosis as they embark on a poignant—yet unexpectedly humorous—exploration of love, mortality, and the small moments that give life its depth. Through the power of creativity and reflective poetry, their story illuminates how art can help us navigate the tender intersections of grief, hope, and human connection.

The film invites us to sit with the realities of mortality while also honoring joy, resilience, and the enduring bonds between people.

Following the screening, we’ll hold space for a community conversation to reflect, share, and connect with one another.
