At the OAC, we’re dedicating half of our center to adult working artists and creative community members — those who need space not only to make art, but to exchange ideas, ignite collaboration, and build lasting impact.

This centralized hub will serve as a vibrant gathering place where painters, performers, writers, makers, and educators can work side-by-side — a space designed for cross-pollination between disciplines, generations, and communities. Whether you're zoning in on a project, hosting a workshop, mentoring a teen, or simply sharing coffee and creative process with a fellow artist, this is a place for meaningful connection.

We believe that when artists are rooted in shared space, creativity flourishes — and so does community power.

Together, we’ll shape programming, support each other’s practices, and build a community model grounded in mutual learning and care.
